I had watched my own responses to positive and negative situations in my working life and arrived at 'ideal work world' in my head. I feel I created that world at MD, where i believe that taking a person out of conventional working environment, giving them opportunity to travel all over the world whilst doing what they love doing the most, its surely not an employment any more, it is a lifestyle!"
